I can't even begin to describe how amazing my stay was at this hotel. From the fantastic rooms with their own splash pool, outdoor shower, outdoor bed, massive bath, and a 180-degree water view to the fresh and interesting breakfast options, everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my lost luggage situation easier, providing free toiletries. However, the plastic water bottles throughout the resort were a downside, but they were extremely warm and friendly in their service. The location is just spectacular, and the dining experience, though not the best, had its moments. The facilities were top-notch, featuring Aesop products.
