My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious with a large bathroom and an additional outdoor shower, making it feel like a luxurious 6-star resort. The service was top-notch, with incredibly attentive and friendly staff willing to cater to any request instantly. The location was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by tropical trees and greenery, offering a stunning view that was truly unforgettable. I couldn't resist the stunning location of this hotel, nestled between the beach club and Qualia. The rooms are spacious and modern, offering breathtaking views over the Whitsundays. I can't even begin to describe how amazing my stay was at this hotel. From the fantastic rooms with their own splash pool, outdoor shower, outdoor bed, massive bath, and a 180-degree water view to the fresh and interesting breakfast options, everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my lost luggage situation easier, providing free toiletries. However, the plastic water bottles throughout the resort were a downside, but they were extremely warm and friendly in their service. The location is just spectacular, and the dining experience, though not the best, had its moments. The facilities were top-notch, featuring Aesop products.
